The graduation registration process is as follows:

a. Graduation candidates must register through the SADEWA app.

b. Graduation candidates must complete verification and submit one (1) passport-sized photo to the Academic Affairs Office.

c. Prospective graduates must pick up their graduation gowns, sashes, and invitations according to the schedule;

d. Prospective graduates must participate in the rehearsal; and

e. Graduates must return their graduation gowns according to the schedule.

The requirements for participating in the graduation ceremony are as follows:

a. Have previously passed the final academic review;

b. Have completed the Diploma III, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral program, as evidenced by a Final Academic Review Decision Letter from the Faculty;

c. For Master’s and Doctoral programs, pay a graduation registration fee of Rp500,000.00 (five hundred thousand rupiah). Payment can be made at Bank BNI 46, BRI, Mandiri, BPD DIY, BSI, and BTN; and

d. For Master’s and Doctoral programs, after making the payment, you must log back in via the Sadewa app to select a graduation date.
