Based on the Circular Letter from the Dean of the Faculty of Mineral and Energy Technology at UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta No. 09/UN62. 11/SE/2025 dated April 9, 2025, regarding the Revision of the Undergraduate Thesis Guidebook & Research Proposal Format, as well as the Circular Letter from the Dean of the Faculty of Mineral and Energy Technology at UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta No. 11/UN62.11/SE/2025 regarding the Revision of 2 Thesis Templates.

In light of the above, we hereby inform you that:

1. Students who have submitted a thesis title and received an official letter assigning an academic advisor MUST use the latest thesis template.
2. The thesis templates can be downloaded via the following links: Proposal_Template and Thesis_Template.
3. The final thesis manuscript must be bound with a hardcover, in a color corresponding to the respective study program’s nomenclature (until official university regulations are issued), and the text on the cover must be printed in gold ink.
